Important Information

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Taubah Academy.

For over 24 years, we have served families in our community by providing a safe, structured, and Islamic learning environment focused on both Deen and academic success.

We are now accepting registrations for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Please read the information below carefully before continuing to the registration form.

What You Need to Know Before You Register

Program Overview
 

  • Full-time Educational Program (Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 2:30/3:00 PM)

  • Subjects include:

    • Qur’an Studies

    • Arabic Language

    • Islamic Studies

    • Core subjects: English, Math, Science, and more

  • Small class sizes for better attention, structured classrooms, and a caring Islamic environment.

Registration Fee
 

This fee helps cover textbooks, learning technology, and processing costs. It must be paid online at the end of the form in order to complete registration.

Registration Fee Schedule:

  • $400 — March 8 to June 8 (Early Registration)

  • $480 — June 8 to July 31 (Standard Registration)​​

What You Will Need to Fill the Form

  • Parent/Guardian contact info

  • Child’s full name, birthdate, and grade level

  • How many children you are registering

  • Online payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal)

Refund Policy (Please Read Carefully)

The registration fee includes a non-refundable processing portion.

If a family decides not to continue before student placement and material ordering, a partial refund may be issued.

Once:

  • student placement is confirmed

  • textbooks or technology are ordered

  • or the school year begins

the registration fee becomes fully non-refundable.

Important!

Submitting the registration form does not guarantee admission.

A staff member will contact you to:

  • confirm availability

  • review placement

  • finalize enrollment

Spots are limited and applications are reviewed in the order they are received.

Early registration is strongly recommended.
